Sam Grafton is not your typical kayaker. The 23-year-old balances working as an ER Tech, volunteering as a firefighter and paddling the biggest water around. After a devastating injury to his jaw last year, Sam worked hard to return to the site of his accident: Washington’s Tumwater Canyon.
