[MUSIC PLAYING] TORAH BRIGHT: Hi, I'm Torah Bright, and we're here in Squaw Valley, California on the set of Out of Bounds.

We are documenting the most amazing journey, following a mountain range stretching from Antarctica to the tip of Alaska. Mountain ecology, animals, cultures, shredding-- it's all in there.

This week we are getting on the mountains with Jeremy Jones. He is a legend and he is very adventurous. And I don't think I will ever get that adventure. So he's going to dumb it down a little bit for me. 

You know, I've dabbled and played in the backcountry. But I'm excited to see what kind of terrain we get into, actually, and pick his brain about how to manage different terrain, and kind of vibe off of his vibe, and share some great times together. But yeah, we're going to rip around the mountain, explore, and just have some fun.

I have traveled in and out of Tahoe for events. And I got a taste of it this year. But I haven't had the chance to explore it. 

The Tahoe area is spectacular visually. You have a beautiful, crystal-clear lake, spectacular mountains, and resorts that are world class. We're in a particularly good snowfall season. This month we've collected more snow than any other month on record. And the more snow, the better. 

The last couple of days have been heavy snowfall. High wind as well. So we've been eyeing the weather reports, and it looks like tomorrow is going to be a window in the storm. So our plan is to get up early on the mountain and just get some good shredding in.
