Instead of seeking out sunny, warm climes, this聽resident of Bellingham, Washington, spends winter nights camped聽out in the Mount聽Baker parking lot, which gets an average snowfall of 641 inches a year. Her 1990 camper van, nicknamed 鈥淭he Falcon,鈥澛爉axes out at 55 miles per hour聽and isn鈥檛 exactly built for snow-covered mountain roads. So, once Rouches gets it up the winding highway, she usually stays for a while鈥攐r at least until the storm cycle dwindles.
