Polar Explorer聽 judges the quality of his life by how many nights he gets to spend in a tent each year.聽By his estimates, he's spent years of his life sleeping and living in various places around the world, and聽roughly a year camping solely in the Arctic and Antarctic. At the start of any big expedition聽the tent can seem small and cramped, but after a week or so, it becomes more spacious than a mansion. Larsen says, “It's hard to describe the security and comfort that a tent provides, but the best I can do is simply one word: “home.” Home is a short film comprised of footage from Larsen's many trips in Churchill, Manitoba, Colorado and Patagonia.聽
