The Test: Like the HD Hero cameras it 颅houses inside, the 3D Hero System鈥攁 waterproof case with a sync cable鈥攊s difficult to master. Do so, though, and you鈥檒l be amazed by what you see. We merged our 1080p videos (and 5-mp stills) using the conversion software and then donned our 3-D glasses. The results? Pretty damn cool.
The Verdict: Complicated, but a great first foray into 3-D. Video Quality: 4. Ease of Use: 2.5.
