Great Britain’s Bradley Wiggins on Sunday sealed an overall victory at the Paris-Nice stage race with an eight-second time-trial win over Dutch rider Lieuwe Westra. Wiggins, a 2004 and 2008 Olympic gold medalist on the track, is only the second British rider to win Paris-Nice.
