Police in Germany on Saturday arrested anti-whaling activist Paul Watson on an extradition notice issued by Costa Rica. Watson, who founded and leads the group Sea Shepherd, has been for disrupting a Costa Rican shark fishing operation in Guatemalan waters in 2002.
