Two British rowers who hoped to set a world record for the 3,600-mile voyage across the Indian Ocean聽were rescued at sea Wednesday, just a day after departing, .

James Ketchell and Ashley Wilson聽left from Australia and were headed toward Mauritius. Their electronic navigation system failed聽a mere 21 miles off the coast聽and a聽fishing boat towed them back to shore. The duo says they will try again next week.聽
