Still looking for that perfect gift for the polar explorer in your life who has everything? Well, now you can bid on an Arctic-outfitted, world-record-holding Toyota Tacoma that already has one trip to the South Pole on its odometer. Russo and Steele auction house will in Scottsdale, Arizona, from January 14 to 18.

The Tacoma, dubbed Polar, was originally modified for the Thomson Reuters Eikon Polar Expedition, which set the world record for the in December 2011. With the mileage of the 692-mile one-way journey, Polar鈥檚 odometer reads just north of 14,000 miles, according to the auction website.

Polar was customized for the expedition. In anticipation of temperatures low enough to shatter bearings and explode fuel, designers at invested $400,000 for after-market modifications. They installed a 4.0-liter TRD supercharged V6 engine, a 330-gallon extended-range fuel tank, military-grade steel, 44-inch Mickey Thompson Icepack tires, and a Garmin GPS 526 navigation system.

The buyer will also receive a treasure trove of memorabilia from Polar鈥檚 record-setting run, including the original driver鈥檚 license for Antarctica and the trip鈥檚 log notes.
