The big ski passes just keep getting bigger. announced Tuesday that it has added in Idaho to its bundled pass. On top of that, Intrawest, Powdr, and Boyne Resorts announced that they鈥檝e joined forces on a 22-resort ticket, dubbed the .

With the addition of Sun Valley, Mountain Collective brings its destination list to eight, including AltaSnowbird, Aspen/Snowmass, Banff/Lake Louise/Sunshine, Jackson Hole, Mammoth, Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows, and Whistler Blackcomb. The 2015鈥2016 season passes went on sale Tuesday; an adult ticket costs $369. That gets skiers 16 days of skiing鈥攖wo days at each resort.

New to the bundled-pass game, the M.A.X. Pass gives holders five days at each of 22 resorts, including big names like Steamboat, Killington, and Big Sky. That comes out to 110 days of skiing for $699. The M.A.X. Pass鈥 22 resorts make it the largest bundled pass, beating by 10 ski areas鈥攁lthough a $769 Epic Pass affords skiers unlimited access to Vail鈥檚 resorts.

This continued bundling brings greater value and discounts to skiers and snowboarders who can afford the passes鈥攁nd make it to the hill often enough to warrant buying one鈥攂ut they could be running local mom-and-pop operations out of business. 鈥淲hen $500 buys you access to 12 resorts, people scoff at buying day tickets even at $49,鈥 Silverton Mountain co-founder Aaron Brill told 国产吃瓜黑料 in December.
