Surely you鈥檙e familiar with David Attenborough, the honey-voiced BBC naturalist whom we all wish was our grandpa.
As it turns out, however, David Attenborough doesn鈥檛 share those warm feelings for his viewers. In a recent interview with the Radio Times, the 86-year-old about what he thinks is necessary to save the planet:
We are a plague on the Earth. It鈥檚 coming home to roost over the next 50 years or so. It鈥檚 not just climate change; it鈥檚 sheer space, places to grow food for this enormous horde. Either we limit our population growth or the natural world will do it for us, and the natural world is doing it for us right now.
