Lance Armstrong was interviewed by Spanish newspaper El Pais today. In the interview, Armstrong was asked whether or not he could beat Contador in this year's Tour de France,聽 Reuters .

听听听 “It doesn't look to be in my favor…(but) we'll go to the race and see who is best,” Armstrong said.
Armstrong added that it wasn't essential that he come out with a victory at the tour. is currently riding the Paris-Nice, where rider Gert Steegmans in the prologue.
