The recovered items include dozens of firearms and stolen goods, 聽from the Seattle divisions of the FBI and the聽Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. Robinett had buried them two feet beneath a clearly visible tarp in a heavily forested area.

According to the press release, Robinett spent five years on the lam after failing to report to a halfway house following his release from federal prison in September 2009. He stole equipment from the Seattle Police Department and evaded police in a stolen vehicle at least three times before his June 2014 arrest. Robinett pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.

Following Robinett鈥檚 arrest, investigators also discovered his 聽near Sammamish, Washington, and previously unearthed two other caches in Oregon. The FBI has asked the public to look out for similar caches.
