Julia Eskins is a Toronto-based journalist covering wellness, travel, design, and sustainability. Her work has appeared in Vogue, Cond茅 Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, Time, National Geographic, Shape, and more.
A former ballet dancer for 15 years, Julia has long been passionate about how movement can enhance both our physical and psychological well-being. She began a daily yoga practice in 2019 while living in Lisbon and completed a yoga teacher training program in 2021, specializing in Rocket Yoga.
When she鈥檚 not writing or on her mat, she鈥檚 likely trail running, exploring new destinations, or discovering new vegetarian restaurants and recipes.
