Anjana Rajbhandary
Anjana Rajbhandary is a Chopra Ayurvedic Health Teacher and aspiring yoga instructor whose goal is to blend ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Originally from Nepal and now based in the US, she holds a Master’s in Human Development and is pursuing clinical herbalism.
With a background in mental health, Anjana empowers individuals to achieve holistic well-being through her “Aaram with Anjana” program, focusing on stress reduction, improved sleep, and healthy weight management. Her writing, featured in publications like the Chicago Tribune and HuffPost, explores holistic health, mental well-being, and gender issues. When not guiding others, she enjoys time with her rescue puppy, Sloane.
